We get it. Meeting your new stylist can be unnerving. Allow me to walk you through what to expect with your first visit, and maybe you'll arrive a bit more relaxed. 

You'll find Knockout, a hair studio in the Parkway Commons shopping center. We're at the opposite end of  Neighborhood Walmart, right behind the new Mavis Discount Tire. Ample parking is available right in front of our door. 

Your stylist will greet you with a smile and escort you to the service area, where you'll have a thorough consultation.  You'll have the opportunity to spill your guts! Give us your likes, dislikes, challenges, hopes and dreams and we'll do our best to address them all. If you're here for haircolor, we'll formulate specifically for your hair's current needs and present a plan for future appointments.

No need to worry about sticker shock! Before we begin, we'll agree on the services required to achieve your haircolor goals and you'll be given an estimate.Your very own formula will be recorded and available to refer back to during follow up appointments. If a cut and style is what you're after, a customized shape will be delivered to flatter your face shape and compliment your lifestyle. In either case, you'll receive a blown out (or diffused if you're curly) style that you'll be coached on how to replicate at home.

We love pictures! Your inspiration pics are always welcomed and can often help us understand your likes and dislikes. Don't be embarrassed to pull out old shots of you, or your pinterest boards! The more information you share, the more successful our journey will be. 

Finally, we'll take photos of your beautiful new 'do for our Instagram portfolio. No need to be shy! If you're not feeling yourself today, we'll offer you some rad shades, or only capture your hair in the photo. We'll conclude by arranging your next appointment and sharing with you the products to use at home to ensure your style stays on point.

We hold appointments just for you. Therefore we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to allow sufficient time to offer the appointment time to another guest. We understand that unavoidable issues come up, and we will do our very best to accomodate in case of an emergency, etc. A 50% non refundable credit card Retainer will be required prior to future bookings following multiple late notice cancellations. In the event a No Show does occur a fee of 100%  retainer of the missed appointment will be due.


There are no refunds

 for services rendered. If there is an issue  all attempts will be

 made by your stylist to rectify the situation. Any issues must be

 addressed within 1

week of your original appointment. (A Change of mind about a color request does not constitute an issue, and adjustments will be treated as a new service). Please note, blonding often takes multiple sessions to achieve the desired goal while maintaining the health of your hair)


We will advise you on best practices at home to maintain your haircolor. Improper care or using products not recomended by your stylist can result in rapid color fading and we cannot guarantee the results. 

Retail Purchases

.We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you're not satisfied with  your recommended at home haircare, please return it within 60 days in like new condition for an exchange of equal value.
